Law Firm in Hollywood is seeking an entry level associate attorney with 1 to 3 years experience . Litigation or Transactional experience in Business Law, Real Estate or Contracts is preferred but not required.

Duties include:

• Prosecute civil business litigation cases (prepare pleadings, initiate and respond to discovery attend depositions, attend hearings).
• Draft documents (contracts, operating agreements, Estate Planning documents etc.)
• Conduct real estate closings
• Conduct Legal research

Required skills:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills and Punctuality
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and triage deliverables for moderate caseload

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida
• Previous experience required (1-3 years)

Salary is commensurate with experience.
