Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-9. We seek assistant coaches to support our head coaches at daycare centers, schools, and park districts throughout Southwest Chicagoland.

The role of an assistant coach is to assist the head coach in fun soccer games by interacting with children and assisting with skill development and class management. An assistant coach must:

• Enjoy working with children
• Be comfortable talking to and working in front of parents.
• Always on time, neat in appearance, prepared for every class, and remarkable when working with children.
• High-energy and enthusiastic.
• Have reliable transportation.

An assistant coach is paid $15 per hour. If interested, an assistant coach can train to be a head coach position at $20 per hour. Soccer Shots runs classes Mondays through Saturdays at various locations in the Southwest Chicagoland area, including Orland Park, Frankfort, Tinley Park, Palos Park, Oak Forest, Lemont, New Lenox, Lockport, Homer Glen, and surrounding areas. We assign coaches to locations within 20 minutes of their residence.
