 Salary: $21/hr., plus $50/mo. travel stipend

 About the Role: 
 Operational Excellence (Management 20 hours/week): 
 Manage a caseload of participants (adults w/IDD), preparing for and attending Service Plan meetings and IDTs, maintaining files, and serving as liaison with members of their care teams.
 Ensure that all services provided to participants align with Stepping Stone standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
 
-  Use proactive communication to maintain alignment, swiftly resolve conflicts, and support In-Home Services providers in their essential functions. 
 
-  Maintain participant files and records to meet state compliancy. 
 
-  Prepare and maintain protocols, care plans, annual assessments, and any other documentation necessary for quality care. 
 
 Support regular monitoring via quarterly home visits, bi-monthly reviews, and re-training as needed.
 
 Life Skills Coaching/Direct-Care Support (Direct Support 20 hours/week): 
-  Teach and support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and practicing good hygiene. 
 
 Foster deep connections by offering support, understanding, and mentorship to participants, making a true difference in their lives.
 Empower participants to make healthy decisions and advocate for themselves.
 Safely transport participants to and from appointments or activities.
-  Keep accurate records and notes in a timely manner. 
 Team Support: 
-  Serve as the on-call manager for emergency support on a monthly rotation. 
-  Assist in coordinating staff development and community outreach opportunities. 
 
 Expected Outcomes: 
 Within 15 Days: 
-  Establish strong team and participant relationships, understanding their needs and expectations. 
 
-  Undertake basic operational and role-specific training, such as safety protocols and documentation procedures. 
 Within 30 Days: 
 Take on elevated role-specific responsibilities such as preparing for a Service Plan meeting (with guidance).
 
-  As a life skills coach, initiate small, participant-specific changes aimed at improving their self-sufficiency and engagement. 
 
-  Start gauging the impact of your role through outcome-based metrics, including but not limited to manager, provider, and participant feedback. 
 
 Within 45 Days: 
-  Gain a full understanding of the Asst. SLS/CFC Services Manager role. 
 
-  Demonstrate proficiency by showcasing smooth operations and reduced issues with providers. 
 Need to Have: 
- 1+ year experience working with a vulnerable population (IDD, disabled, elderly, children)
 
-  Ability to commute to Littleton, CO 80128 to participants homes in the Denver Metro area 
-  A valid drivers license and proof of current auto insurancefor vehicle used on company time 
-  Successful completion of CAPs check, criminal background check, and Motor Vehicle Record Check 
 (no Type A violations or more than two (2) Type B violations on your driving record within the past three (3) years)
-  Moderate tech skills 
-  Flexible mindset (each day is different) and ability to work effectively with a collaborative team 
 
-  Strong written and verbal communication skills; positive, empathetic, and offering praise regularly 
 
-  Current certifications in CPR/AED, First Aid, QMAP (Stepping Stone can provide training)
 
 Nice to Have: 
-  Previous experience managing a team 
 
-  Strong proficiency in Microsoft systems, Constant Contact, tracking software 
 
-  Servant style leadership training or experience 
 
-  Experience in highly regulated industries, with bonus consideration for familiarity with CCR 8.7000
 
 Strong self-leadership with the ability to navigate stressful or complex interpersonal conflicts while staying calm and composed
-  Ability to manage time effectively when unexpected situations arise 
 
-  Understanding of Colorados Mandatory Reporting requirements for Adult Mistreatment 
 
 Schedule: 
-  Full-time (minimum 40 hours/week) plus mandatory staff meetings 
 
-  Flexibility is crucial, as occasional changes might be required. 
 
 Role is remote, with expectation to work from center when needed.
-  Operational: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; Life Skills Coach: as scheduled with participants 
-  Ability to flex hours may be available upon prior approval from supervisor. 
 
-  Emergency on-call phone coverage (rotation with other managers)
 
 Compensation: 
- $21/hour, plus $50/mo. travel stipend
