• Build the Dream Team: Recruit and hire talented stylists who share our passion for creating loyal customers.

• Empower Your Team: Coach and develop your peers, helping them reach their full potential.

Here's what we're looking for:

Licensed to Lead: Possess a current cosmetology, barber, or manager license (requirements vary by state/province).

Flexibility is Key: Thrive in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Customer Champion: Be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back for more.

Leading by Example: Consistently demonstrate the 5 Steps to Customer Care, setting the standard for your team.

Technical Expertise: Deliver high-quality haircuts at a consistent pace in our fast-paced environment.

Active Listener: Possess a strong ability to understand and translate client desires into exceptional results.

Problem-solving Prowess: Effectively resolve customer concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Tech-Savvy: Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage client information and streamline salon processes.

Leadership Essentials: Demonstrate strong employee management skills, including recruiting, training, development, motivation, and retention.

Team Player with a Vision: Lead a team committed to achieving company goals and upholding our core values.

Communication Master: Confidently present information both internally and externally.

Clear Communication: Strong fluency in reading and speaking English is essential.
