We are looking for a motivated and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to drive our skincare line's digital and eCommerce presence. As a key member of the team, youll shape marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and increase revenue. • Competitive Pay: Earn $32.00 - $40.00 per hour with additional rewards of $4.00 - $5.00 per hour.

• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with a one-year contract offering stability.

• Professional Growth: Work directly with top Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China, providing hands-on experience in an international supply chain.

• Project Ownership: Lead from concept to launch, shaping the future of our skincare products.

What Youll Be Doing

• Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive social media, website management, influencer partnerships, and eCommerce strategies.

• Market Analysis: Stay on top of consumer trends, competitor activity, and market changes to capitalize on opportunities.

• New Product Development: Take new product ideas from concept through to market launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Pricing and Strategy: Develop pricing strategies that align with market positioning and optimize profit margins.

• Content Creation: Craft compelling product descriptions, marketing materials, and promotional content.

• Communication and Coordination: Partner closely with ODMs in Asia and internal teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand management within the skincare or makeup industries.

• Strong production support background, particularly in sample testing and collaboration with manufacturers.

• Track record in developing and launching new products.

• Exceptional understanding of the cosmetic industry and consumer behaviors.
