Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Monday to Thursday (and occasionally Friday)
Responsibilities:
Safely climb trees using industry standard techniques.
Perform tree removals with precision and attention to safety.
Pruning and thinning the canopy of trees from various heights using industry and company standards.
Properly operate and general maintenance of equipment such as chainsaws.
Interacts with customers to ensure the job is completed to their satisfaction.
Play an active role in maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Ontario “D” License with clean abstract
Proven experience as a tree climber in the arboriculture industry.
Certified Arborist or relevant qualification preferred.
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Proficiency with ropes, rigging techniques, and climbing equipment.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Experience hauling and backing a trailer/chipper
Works well with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
$25-$45 depending on qualifications and experiance
