Job Summary The selected candidate will serve the Office of Information Technology, documenting critical business processes, analyzing business functions, assisting in process redesign, development, and testing. Responsibilities include analyzing financial systems, reengineering during business transformation, and acting as subject‑matter expert for applications dealing with complex financial processes on large, cross‑functional projects. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience

• 7+ years as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years with relational databases, preferably Oracle; highly desired: Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET.

Primary Job Duties / Tasks Develop and maintain scalable solutions for complex financial business processes on cross‑functional projects. Guide and oversee QA for new code through integration, staging, and production. Identify, analyze, and resolve problems using troubleshooting tools and teamwork. Contribute to continuous improvement, design roadmaps, standardize processes, and collaborate with architects. Partner with cross‑functional distributed teams to ensure clear communication and high‑quality delivery. Stay current on development trends, technologies, and methodologies. Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Relational database terminology, SQL proficiency. Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET preferred. ORMs, Entity Framework, n‑Hibernate. Experience developing and maintaining financial systems. Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal, conflict resolution, customer service. Work effectively in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment; balance multiple demands. Analyze complex systems and translate requirements into business solutions. Integrate research and best practices into continuous improvement. Lead development teams and communicate professionally at all levels.
