Job Title Academic Advisor II Location Atlanta, GA Salary $48,000.00-$65,000.00 Job Summary Provide academic counseling, maintain student records, and support faculty and academic units. Responsibilities Meet with students to discuss academic program requirements, registration, and progress. Perform reference searches and records access for student inquiries. Respond to academic and faculty requests for administrative assistance. Prepare assessment reports and maintain student records and databases. Review, approve, and process curriculum‑related actions. Interact with other academic units for joint programs. Schedule and coordinate student events and provide input to academic planning efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four to five years of related experience with advanced university‑level program requirements knowledge. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with specialized student information systems. Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on‑site daily service delivery hours. Background Check Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.
