As a 3D BIM Modeler , you will create, manage, and maintain 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires expertise in BIM modeling, concrete construction, and problem-solving, as well as collaboration with project teams to ensure models meet specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects. Create and manage detailed models for formwork, reinforcement, and placement. Prepare BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project information. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems. Utilize BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for project visualization and planning. Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and tools. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and industry standards. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Must be able to exert 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and travel as required.
